Skills: Conan Wheel!

Note on the Conan Wheel.  I know you're excited to use it, and it will be out all day and like a plate of chips and salsa its hard to resist.  Resist.  Respect your coaches, and your gym and do not use that piece of equipment unless it is your turn.  I don't want people just randomly making rounds on it.  It's a safety issue as well as a distraction to the class.

Brian, Maddie and I tested it yesterday and we've made our best estimate on appropriate loading. I would still appreciate any feedback you have on the prescribed weights so we can make it Goldilocks for the competition in June.

Strength: Front Squat.  Rest as needed during your sets.

Floater WOD: 1 Min Max Distance Conan Wheel x 2 rounds.  You may set the weight down as many times as you need to, and continue when ready until your 1 min is up.

You may choose to run scaled 1st and then try RX, or vice versa. You can get this done at any point during your front squat rest times.  Don't wait until after the squats, as there may not be time.  Treat it as a floater WOD.

Scaled Women: 70#
