Every 2 min for 6 minutes (3 sets)

Snatch Press from receiving position x 5 Reps

Immediately followed by...

Every 2 min for 6 minutes (3 sets)

Snatch Push Press + 2 Overhead Squats (pause 2 seconds in the bottom of the squat on both reps)

Use the remaining time to build to a 1 Rep Heavy Snatch Balance.

Met-Con: FOR TIME! ALL OUT SPRINT!
