WOD: 09.08.2017

Alright team, 5:30am, 7am, and 9am classes only today (Friday) so that we can get cleaned and painted for Saturdays competition.

I'm looking forward to some clean air and back to all normal schedule next week, thanks for putting up with an odd week!

Strength:

Push Press: 2-2-2-2

Met-On: "Cement Mixer"

Every 3:00 for 7 sets:

400m run (sub 400m row if unable to run)

12 Toes to Bar (scale to kipping knee ups)

If the 400m run takes longer than 2 minutes, cut the distance to something that allows you a full minute or more of time for T2B and rest.
