All normal classes are on today, though we are cutting out the cardio.

Friday we will be offering our 5:30am, 7am and 9am classes only, so that we can set up for Saturday's competition. 

Strength: Back Squats

5x10 @ 60%

Rest 2-3 min between sets.

Then: Reverse Barbell Lunges

3x20 (10 on each leg, alternating) @ 50% of your 1 RM Back Squat
