Teams of 3 workout today, alternating back and forth between the bike and barbell.  Limiting factor in the WOD today is likely to be the Push Jerk.  You're looking to use a weight that you could complete 20+ reps unbroken of this movement when completely fresh.

If space allows, a team can have more than one bar on the floor.  If there is a mixed team of males and females, complete 125 calories on the bike.
