Deadlifts must be unbroken, touch and go.  No re-grip.  If you break a set of deads up, the next set of burpees jumps to 20 instead of 10.

If not going RX, choose weight carefully.  Do not exceed 75% of your 1RM on any set.

Recommended scaling percentages in order:

30%, 35%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 65-70%, 70-75%.
