600m Sled Pull (135/95) Team runs together but only two partnesr may pull the sled at a time. Switch as needed.

In today's team of 3 WOD, we are looking to find weights on the barbell that when fresh, athletes could complete 25+,20+,15+ repetitions unbroken respectively. 

Each team will use one bar whenever possible, even if that means changing weights before your partner lifts.  If a partner needs to use a 15#, or 35# bar, teams may have 2 bars on the floor.

Don't be late to class, we will hit an aggressive but short warm up, and get the WOD started by no later than 20 min after the hour.
