This WOD is about working together, sacrificing yourself for your teammate, and accomplishing the mission together. Partner 1 performs the workout listed above. Partner 2 performs a 400m run. When Partner 2 returns from the run, Partner 1 will begin their run while Partner 2 continues the workout where Partner 1 left off.
As always, we can scale this to meet anyone's needs, so do not use that as an excuse. You need to workout today, you'll be better off for it.
