Hey team, this is Gina's last workout before her surgery on Monday!
She'll be coming to the 4pm class, so get here if you can and jump in!
We ran this on May 5th., so check your SugarWOD to see what notes/suggestions you made for yourself on a retest!
For Time with an 18 Min cap:
1 Rep = 1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Push Press + 1 Back Squat + Behind the neck Push Press.
Perform 30 REPS*
You may only set the bar down between reps only, not movements.
RX: BW for men. 3/4 BW for women.
