Remember, we only have one class today, at 10am.  This WOD will take some time, and we have to be done by 11:20.

Court and I will be in at 9:30 to clean a bit, so feel free to come in early and begin warming up, though we will still meet at the board and warm up as a group.

This is a HERO WOD, so we expect nothing less than your best effort.  That said, not all of our athletes should do this much work, and we will happily give scaling suggestions and/or modifications.
