Strength: Bench Press

5-4-3-2-1 For total weight moved! 

Example:

Set 1: 200# x 5 Reps = 1000 

Set 2: 180# x 4 Reps = 720, etc... adding the total of each set together for 1 BIG number!

Met-Con: 10 min AMRAP

3 Cal Row, 3 HR Push-Ups

6 Cal Row, 6 HR Push-Ups

9 Cal Row, 9 HR Push-Ups

Continue going up by 3's until you reach the 10 min cap!
