Strength: Now this is more like it.  

With a 35 min clock find:

Front Squat - Heavy Single

Push Press - Heavy Single

Thruster - Heavy Single from the floor. No Cluster. Clean it however you want, stand it up to full extension, then perform your Thruster.

We would like you to run them in the order listed but if we have big classes we will need to start a group on the Thruster, to save rig space.
