On a running clock:
5 min Max Cal Row
4 min Max Cal Bike
3 min Max Reps Burpees
2 min Max Reps Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
1 min Max Reps Pull-Ups
The clock will be set for 15 minutes. It won't stop for transition time, so move quickly from station to station to get the most reps possible.
Larger classes can have 1 group do 5 min of bike and 1 group do 5 min of rowing, then switch.
If we have an extremely large class, half the group can start on Pull-Ups and work up, finishing with 5 min on the rower.
