*The goal of this WOD is to go fast. Big sets, and high intensity. Pick a ball that allows you to finish your first 30 reps in no more than 2 sets. Everyone should finish or get close to finishing this in the 30 min cap. If your 30 wall balls turn into sets of 5, you're missing the prescribed effect of the WOD.
