Strength:

Every 2 min for 18 min: 3 Power Snatch Singles

Met-Con: Partner Workout w/19 min cap

Alternate with your partner*:

Run 500m

Run 400m

Run 300m

Run 200m

Run 100m

*Each partner will run each distance.  While your partner runs, you will hold a D-Ball (100/70)

For every time you set the ball down, your partner will perform 10 HR Push-Ups when they return from their run.

If we run short on D-Balls or an appropriate Med-Ball for you, use a bumper plate (45/25) and hold locked out overhead until your partner returns.  If the plate rests on your head or comes down, same burpee penalty!
