WOD 6/12/17

Strength:

Back Squats: 5x3 @ 80%

Met-Con:

With a partner, 3 RFT (each)

Partner 1 Runs (or rows) 200m while partner 2 rests. Then Switch. 

When Partner 2 returns from the 200m, Partner 1 Runs 400m, while partner 2 rests.  Then Switch. 

Do this for 3 rounds, with each partner having run 1800m by the end of the WOD.

With this kind of work to rest ratio, we are looking for an absolute all out effort every time you run!
