HERO WOD: MIRON*

**5 Rounds for time of:

800m Run

23 Back Squats @ .75 x body weight

13 Deadlifts @ 1.5 x body weight

*Everyone can do this wod with appropriate scaling and or modifications.  Do not let fear keep you from an absolute amazing WOD.

*Newer athletes will scale appropriately, whether rounds, weight, or distance, with the help of coaches.
