30 Bear Complex for time**. RX: Men @ body weight. Women @ 3/4 Body Weight. Scale to your heaviest successful completed complex (7 reps touch and go) that you were able to get last week. If you went over body weight or 3/4 BW last week, run it RX @ BW or 3/4 BW.
This is 30 reps of the complex: Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press. You may link these together like we did last week. YOU MAY SET THE BAR DOWN AS NEEDED, BETWEEEN REPS, NOT MOVEMENTS.
