*Focus today on regaining a proper set up position on the power snatch.  This is very light weight, and that often leads to people losing focus on mechanics.  Move quickly, but use each rep as an opportunity to improve your lifts!

Push the pace in the other areas, but make proper movement the focus of the barbell work.
