WOD for 5/3/2017

Met-Con:

30 min cap.

400m Partner Lunges (135/95). Alternate as needed to get your team back as fast as possible.

AMRAP Thrusters as a team when you make it back to the gym.

Score is total Thrusters.

Notes: TRUST YOUR COACHES when they scale you today!  If you haven't done this WOD with us before, there is nothing I can say to prepare you for the muscle soreness you will experience if you overdo this workout.  And its not the good soreness. 

Stay humble and respect your coaches directions, they have run this many times.  You may be asked to run this with a PVC pipe, or empty training bar.  Be OK with that, and no matter how you're asked to scale, you can thank us later.
