Skills: 15 min. Split Jerk, with a focus on receiving position.

Strength: A repeat from Tuesday, May 2nd.  Try and be successful if you missed at a weight last time.  If you completed every lift, add some weight!

3x3: Push Press

3x2: Push Jerk

3x1: Split Jerk

Rest as needed between sets.

Post WOD Mobility: Internal Rotation Work. 5 min on each side, ideally. Coaches will demo.
