Bench Press @ BW
Squat Clean @ 3/4 BW
If you're not sure what weight to use, pick a weight that you can bench press 10 times with some struggle and use that number as your body weight to figure the other percentages from. That might be approximately 60-65% of your 1RM.
Coaches can help you with that.
