B: 9-15-21 of Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20) and Pull-Ups.

Notes: Take care of your hands today! That was a lot of barbell work yesterday, and coupled with todays pull-ups could be a problem if you're not careful.

Post WOD: 500m row at a conversation pace, and 10 minutes of active foam rolling.
