42-30-18: Med Ball GHD Sit-Ups (20/14) Scale to Med Ball Sit-Ups

Rest 6 min and set up for WOD B

WOD B: 15 Min Cap

27-21-15-9: Cal Row

27-21-15-9: Thrusters (95/65)

In time remaining in WOD B, perform as many T2B as possible, only one partner works at a time.

Notes: Reps for both WODs are total for the team. During both WODs you may share or break up reps with your partner as needed. The only time you MUST switch is when you or your partner set the bar down on your thrusters.
