Here's your workout for April 14th, 2017

Strength:

100 Strict Pull-Ups.  Broken into as many sets as needed. If you don't have strict pull-ups, scale to bands for 50, then rings for 50.  Newer athletes may scale the reps to an appropriate number.

Met-Con:

With a 12 min cap:

50 Med Ball Cleans (20/14)

25 Push Press (135/95)

50 Med Ball Cleans (20/14)
