Reminder: 11am Class only on New Years Day (Monday, 1-1-2018)

Met-Con: 20 Min EMOM

Min 1: 5 Bar Muscle Ups. Scale to 10, 1 Arm Ring Rows with a 3 second lowering (5 each arm, alternating only if needed), or 20 standard ring rows.

Min 2: 10 Burpee DB Box Step Ups (40/25 to 20 inches, unless your name starts with Jon, then 24)

Min 3: 10 Kneeling Single Arm Kettlebell Press (53/35) 5 Each Arm. Alternating only if needed. 

Min 4: 20 GHD Sit-Ups.  Scale to weighted (20/10), or standard.
