We will be running our annual "12 Days of Christmas" WOD this Saturday (23rd)!

Here is our Holiday Schedule

December 25th.  Christmas Day: CLOSED

Dec. 26th: 11am CLASS ONLY

January 1st.  New Year's Day: 11am CLASS ONLY.  NEW YEAR'S DAY PARTNER WOD

400m Run

30 Wall Balls (20/14)

15 Deadlifts (225/155). If scaling aim to work at 45-50% of your 1RM Deadlift.

*These should be touch and go deads, no dropping unless absolutely necessary.
