January 1st. New Year's Day: 11am CLASS ONLY. NEW YEAR'S DAY PARTNER WOD

Strength: Back Squats
"Bring Sally Up" (135/95)
3 RFT: 18 min Cap
30 Wall Balls (20/14)
15 Deadlifts (225/155). If scaling aim to work at 45-50% of your 1RM Deadlift.
*These should be touch and go deads, no dropping unless absolutely necessary.
