Lift for today. If your form goes south, coaches will ask you to stop immediately and drop the weight or call it a day on the lifting.
Met-Con: Death By Bike**
Perform 2 calories the 1st minute. 4 calories the 2nd minute. 6 calories the 3rd minute...until you fail to achieve the number within the proper minute.
**If time allows us to run multiple heats we will have everyone use a bike. If not, or classes are too big, rowers will be allowed.
