AMRAP Bench Press  (185/115)

Score is total Bench Press reps at AMRAP weight + total Deadlift reps at AMRAP weight.

If scaling, scale to <50, <60, <70% per set of your team's average 1RM for each lift.

Form over speed as always today.  Focus on proper mechanics.  You midline will be tired after the 20 squats, and form will want to break on the deadlifts.  Your job is to move quickly, but as slowly as you need to in order to maintain form and position.
