Strength Part A: HSPU 

1 Set x Max Reps

Athletes choice on the HSPU (Kipping or Strict)

If needing a modification, perform Neutral Grip DB Strict Press, picking a weight that will allow you to get 10-20 reps with perfect form.  We will be incorporating some percentage programming into our shoulder work, so make sure to log your weight and reps today!

Skills: Hang Squat Snatch. Scale to Hang Power Snatch if unable to perform a squat snatch.

15 min to build to a 1RM Hang Snatch
