Strength: Back Squat
Day one of our new cycle!
We will be squatting on Tuesday and Fridays on this cycle, though there will be some weeks that we mix it up.
For today, warm up to 60% of your 1RM and perform 20 reps. No racking the bar, and only 2-3 breaths at the top. No long breaks.
Each squat day, if you were successful on your last squat day (for 20 reps), you'll add 5# and go for 20 reps. As long as you're successful, add 5# every squat day!
